100% Dutch-Built Quality | Supplier Cooling Systems 

For the construction of the new Multi Purpose Vessel Rijnstroom, Van Wijngaarden Marine Services collaborates with NRF as supplier of the vessel’s cooling systems. Inventor of the box cooler in 1959, NRF will supply a total of 16 box coolers for thisnewbuild. Once installed on board, these systems will provide a fully tailored and engineered cooling solution for the main engine, auxiliary engines, and additionalequipment.

The box coolers are designed to meet the specific operational requirements of Rijnstroom and will contribute to reliable and efficient vessel performance. To furtherenhance sustainability and operational continuity, the systems will be equipped with ultrasonic technology, offering an effective solution to prevent marine biofouling whilereducing maintenance requirements.
