100% Dutch-Built Quality | Supplier Thruster Systems

For the construction of the new Multi Purpose Vessel Rijnstroom, Van Wijngaarden Marine Services collaborates with Veth Propulsion as supplier of the complete thruster and control package. This package consists of two Veth Z-Drives type VZ-900, one additional spare unit, two Veth Tunnel Thrusters type VT-400, and one Veth Compact Jet type CJ-1400V. Together, these systems provide the vessel with excellent manoeuvrability, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Veth Propulsion’s contribution is distinctive through its fully in-house approach. The design, production, and testing of the thrusters and control systems are all carried out at Veth’s facilities in Papendrecht. This enables full control over quality throughoutthe entire process. The close geographical proximity to both the shipyard and Van Wijngaarden Marine Services further supports efficient cooperation, short communication lines, and smooth project coordination.
