2015 – NEW BUSINESS PREMISES IN HARDINXVELD-GIESSENDAM 

From Jupiterstraat via a detour to Sliedrecht and ultimately back to where it all began: Hardinxveld-Giessendam. No more renting of warehouses and industrial estate for container storage, A-frame ploughs, etc., but everything in one location, under one roof with the fleet a 5-minute walk away instead. Yet, before that could be realised, a lot of water still had to flow through the 'Merwede'.

History
On Wednesday, December 3, 2014, on a cold, windy, vacant building site, grandson Wilco Boerman was given the opportunity to drive the first pile for the new business premises. After a prosperous construction period, this time there was no baptism with a champagne bottle. The new business premises was opened on Thursday, October 15, 2015, with a festive untying of a large orange bow by co-owner Corry van Wijngaarden-Dekker. The guests / business associates present were able to see all beauty firsthand. Later in the afternoon, owner Wim took the floor to thank builder 'Gebroeders Blokland' and designer 'Van Es' and congratulate them on the result. After all speeches and praise, those present enjoyed a delicious buffet. Fortunately there was still enough space left for that in the company hall - filled with spare engines, couplings, generators, propellers, life rafts, etc. (building: 1,200 m² / site: 2,300 m²).
