MPV Rijnstroom touches the water for the first time

After months of engineering, thousands of hours of Dutch craftsmanship and one shared ambition, MPV Rijnstroom touched the water for the first time last Friday, October 16th, at Kooiman Marine Group in Zwijndrecht.

The launch marks a major milestone in the construction of a vessel designed around the needs and requirements of our clients. It is the result of close collaboration, technical expertise and the dedication of everyone involved in bringing this project to life.

Following the launch, MPV Rijnstroom was transported to Van der Wees in Dordrecht, where the wheelhouse was installed. With this important step completed, the vessel returned to Kooiman Marine Group to continue its journey towards completion.

Over the coming months, work will continue on board as the final systems and equipment are installed and the finishing touches are completed.

Over the coming months, work will continue on board as the final systems, equipment and finishing touches are put in place. Each step brings the vessel closer to its intended purpose and to the moment it will be ready to take on its future operations.

One major milestone completed. The next chapter is already underway.
